Coffee Dash is passion project started in 2023 by Felix Perez and Kyle Augustin, two professional baristas who worked together in London for many years.
Our goal is to make it easy for anyone to drink good filter coffee. Let’s put aside the jargon, the complex and expensive techniques; what we want to give you is the perfect cup, with the skills and knowledge you to reproduce it every single day.
Because of this approach, we’ll focus mainly on V60 and Aeropress techniques, and the coffee beans that are best for these methods.
