Flat Track Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster and café in East Austin. It roasts custom house blends and an assortment of single origins and sells them fresh, in the café and online, with a Rise & Grind coffee club that ships subscriptions free.

The range on the shelf runs to named blends such as Sidepipe, built for a more developed roast and for drinking black, and Dogspeed, a milk-friendly blend with mango, toffee and butterscotch in the roaster’s cup notes, beside single origins from Ethiopia and Mexico and a Swiss Water decaf from Brazil. A Roaster’s Choice rotates through single origins from Latin America, Africa and Indonesia.

There are two cafés, both in East Austin; the sister café, Palomino Coffee, is further east. The motorcycle theme runs through the shop, from the moto-lady tees to the bike parked under the Flat Track banner inside. The business also supplies wholesale accounts around Austin, hosts events in the shop and partners with outside events.
