Thank You Thank You is a small café a few blocks from Washington Square, focused on sourcing and brewing “the best coffees we can find”. The bar is a changing list of coffees, each written up with its lot, producer, region and the roaster’s tasting notes, and Philadelphia magazine likened a visit to “an omakase dinner”.

The list leans on SEY in Brooklyn: a washed Pink Bourbon from José Martínez in Huila on hot batch brew, a washed landrace from Bensa Segera in Sidama on espresso, and the washed gesha La Muralla and the Sidama lot Hamasho by the cup. Poem Roasting, in Philadelphia, supplies the iced batch brew, a washed Keramo landrace, and a natural lot from Mullugeta Muntasha. The other single cups come from further afield: a natural Catuai from Finca El Jardín in La Paz, Honduras, roasted by Little Wolf in Massachusetts, a cold natural Sudan Rume from Finca La Riviera in Risaralda roasted by Dak in Amsterdam, and an orange co-fermented Caturra from Sebastián Ramírez in Quindío roasted by September.

The Bean Head concierge service posts one or two bags a month or every two weeks, “curated coffees from the world’s best roasters delivered to your door”, and the shop sells café totes, caps and the Little Guy mug.
