Monolith is a coffee bar in St Julian’s by day and a cocktail bar by night. Its motto is “Quality is the only option”, and the coffee comes from two roasters, Gardelli Specialty Coffees and La Cabra.
The V60 filter is hand-poured from a single origin and served for two, with a Premium Rarity pour above the standard one. The espresso menu runs from macchiato and americano to cappuccino, flat white and mocha, with iced espresso and an espresso bomb, oat milk as an extra and croissants baked fresh. In the evening the menu moves to signature cocktails, rare spirits, cold craft beer and tea, and World Cup matches are shown live on 4K screens.
