Press Bros started in 2017 when brothers Oli and Tito set out to give Liverpool “the loveliest drops they could find”. They drove to Bristol to collect a converted Piaggio Ape coffee van and began serving at the Baltic Market in Cains Brewery, where they learned everything: dialling in, latte art, espresso martinis and roasting.

During lockdown they opened their first bricks-and-mortar shop in Aigburth, around the corner from where they grew up. Press Bros are brunch merchants serving good times with specialty coffee and cinnamon buns baked daily, and the menu in short is cinny buns, silky flat whites, tinis and scrammy eggs. The Baltic Market stall is where it all began and stays late with martinis and coffee.

The brothers are now starting a new adventure with roasting. Their first release, Press Bros Dulima Coffee, is a washed Colombian from Huila named after the Pijao people’s word for the Tolima volcano, meaning Snow Queen. The online shop otherwise carries an AeroPress, a ceramic cup, a tote bag and stickers. The current retail range is listed below with the roaster’s own tasting notes.
