Paramount Coffee Project is a neighbourhood café in the heart of Surry Hills, open since 2013. It occupies the foyer of the Paramount House Hotel and opens seamlessly to the street for locals and travellers alike.

It takes an unbiased approach to coffee selection, showcasing a variety of coffee origins, processes and roasters, alongside a menu of café favourites. The café is walk-in only and takes no bookings.

The café acknowledges the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation as the traditional custodians of the land on which it stands. Paramount Coffee Project does not roast; its coffees come from roasters that change.
