Foyer Espresso Bar was founded in 2015 by two coffee enthusiasts from different professional backgrounds, as a place to share good coffee with other people. It is a modern neighbourhood café in Pagrati, meant as a friendly space where the local community can get together, and its coffee menu is “designed by an award-winning team of coffee professionals”. The small café has also become a meeting point for coffee lovers, with cuppings and coffee events.

Its seasonal coffee menu comes from roasters in Europe and beyond, chosen for long-term partnerships with farmers, prices well above market and Fair Trade levels, and transparent, sustainable practices. Because coffee is a fresh product, the menu moves on through the year, and in a single month two or three roasters may feature. The coffees served at the bar are sold for home as well, and the online shop carries bags from Coffee Collective, DAK, Three Marks, SEY, April, KB and Tanat, among others.

It also stocks brewing gear, from drippers and filter papers to scales, and books on coffee.
