BOSCON Coffee Roasters takes its name from Boscon, a village of about forty people in the province of Belluno, in the Veneto. The name, Italian for forest, is a homage to the founders’ Italian ancestors. The founders, Aldo and Leandro, are Argentinian cousins who spent more than a decade in engineering before starting the roastery in Valencia in 2022. Their interest goes back to a first espresso machine in the early 2000s and a visit to farms in Colombia’s coffee axis in 2016.

BOSCON roasts every week in small batches on a Probat P12, adjusting the profile of each coffee to its origin, variety and process. Most of the coffees come from Latin America and East Africa: some return every harvest, others appear once, and the processes run from washed and natural to honey and anaerobic and aerobic fermentations. The range is split into three lines: Classic for every day, Collection for limited lots and unusual processes, and a Sugar Cane decaf. Some coffees are profiled for espresso, some for filter and some for both. Every bag lists origin, producer, variety, process and altitude, with a QR code to the coffee’s full story.

The Coffee Bar & Brunch in Mestalla serves specialty coffee and brunch every day, on a walk-in basis, with the coffees available at the bar as espresso or filter and in bags to take home. It was selected for The Best Coffee Shops Spain 2026. With Beat Brew Bar, BOSCON runs tasting sessions and V60 workshops at the coffee shop, and it also supplies cafés, restaurants, hotels and offices.
