Retrogusto Coffeemates has poured specialty coffee inside the Mercado Central, Valencia’s central market, since 2015. It is a coffee counter among the market stalls, and its line is “Good coffee. Good people. No rush.”
The bar always has two espressos, each from a different origin, process, profile and roaster, along with a decaf and a filter coffee. Coffee is also made to go, and in the hot months there are iced drinks. Bags for espresso and for filter sit on the counter for customers to take home.
