TALLAT takes its name from the Valencian word for a cortado. It began as a neighbourhood café in El Cabanyal with one idea, “good coffee for real people, every day”, and now roasts its own.

The roasting is done in small batches, with coffees from producers the team admires and works with closely. Each origin is roasted to keep its own character without overcomplicating it, aiming for a cup that is clear, balanced and the same from one bag to the next, brewed as espresso or as filter. The house roasting style is “consistent, honest and clean”.

Pastries and croissants come with the coffee.
