Harmony Roasters is a Barcelona micro-roastery that roasts in Montcada i Reixac. It began in 2021, when Dani gave up his motorbike for a roaster with a 1 kg capacity. That same year he won the Catalan roasting championship and then the Spanish national title, and he took the Catalan title again the following year. Dani and Agata built Harmony from there. Dani is the founder and head roaster, choosing and roasting the green coffee and running quality control, while Agata handles orders, social media, web design, customer service and the accounts.
Harmony groups its coffees by sensory profile rather than by espresso or filter: each coffee gets the roast and development that suit it, and the brewing method is left to the drinker. The list mixes classic profiles with experimental processes and unusual lots. The current coffees come from Kenya, Ethiopia, Colombia, Rwanda, Nicaragua, Uganda, Honduras, Tanzania, Mexico and Peru, with a sugar cane decaf from Cauca.
The roastery reopened on 21 October 2026 with a renewed look. It hosts cuppings for groups of up to ten people and a basic barista course on a professional machine. Harmony supplies cafés through a wholesale service, ships monthly subscriptions to mainland Spain, the Balearics and much of Europe, and sells La Marzocco espresso machines. In June 2026 its HMNY Coffee Tour took tastings to cafés around Barcelona, among them Back to Back in Poblenou, which serves Harmony as its house coffee.
