HanSo Café, Malasaña

HanSo Café, also styled HanSo Cafe 韓舍, is a specialty coffeeshop that takes no reservations. The original café is in Malasaña and HanSo Café 2 is in the Austrias neighbourhood near Ópera.

The coffee menu, dated June 2026, runs from double espresso, cortado, flat white and Spanish latte to pour-over at a daily price, americano or batch brew, cold brew, tonic espresso and affogato, with a short seasonal list of signature drinks such as an Orange Candy espresso and a tamarind fizz. Beside the coffee there are matcha and hojicha lattes, an Isfahan matcha with lychee and raspberry, chai, a black sesame latte, teas, kombucha and craft beer; oat milk, lactose-free milk, extra shots and decaf are listed as extras. The food menu is an all-day brunch: Hokkaido milk bread with bacon, ham or turkey, toasts, sandwiches including a kimchi and bacon one, bagels, çılbır, salads, a croissant waffle and waffles.

The online shop sells three single lots and a blend, all Gardelli coffees; the blend is Cignobianco, the signature espresso blend of Gardelli Specialty Coffees in Forlì, Italy. The shop also sells an AeroPress, Hario V60 cones and filters and a Porlex grinder. The coffee is roasted by Gardelli Specialty Coffees.
