Partisan Café Artisanal is a coffee roasting workshop and a salon for specialty and terroir coffee in the heart of Paris, in the Arts et Métiers quarter of the 3rd arrondissement. It is a local Parisian roastery that serves its own styles of espresso, “most notably the new wave and italian roast”, and lets customers choose which espresso goes into every coffee drink.

Roasting happens every Wednesday. The retail bags are 250 g, whole bean or ground to order for French press, moka pot, drip, Chemex or V60. Each label prints the roast degree, the process, the region, the altitude and the varieties: a light roast on the single origins and the decaf, a dark roast on the Italian Blend, its homage to the espresso bars of Naples and Rome.
