Saddle began in Dubai in 2017 as Saddle Truck, a coffee truck founded by Mohammed Al Falasi. The group added the Saddle Cafe format in 2020 and Saddle House in 2022, and now lists more than 20 locations in five countries, including Riyadh, Cannes, Saint-Tropez and Courchevel. The London café in Knightsbridge is its first in the United Kingdom.
Coffee comes as espresso drinks or as V60, hot or iced, alongside a Spanish latte, a matcha range and pistachio and Lotus milkshakes. Seven milk options are listed, including oat, almond, soya and coconut. The food runs from croissants and La Brioche to açaí bowls, crêpes and Turkish eggs.
On the beans, the group says only that they are hand-picked globally and roasted in-house. It names no roastery, and we have found no retail bags. The group’s website carries the menu and the location list; the café’s own Instagram account is its most active channel, and the street address appears on the official map link rather than on the site itself.
