Snoozzze Coffee is a small, independent coffee shop that opened in Farringdon, London, in October 2024, a short walk from Farringdon Station, Smithfield Market and London Museum. Aaron and his wife started it after moving to London from Hong Kong, with experience in hospitality and specialty coffee across Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. The name comes from the snooze button and the idea of taking a little extra time for yourself before the day starts again, whether over a morning coffee on the way to work, a lunch stop or a slice of cake.

The counter serves specialty coffee and matcha. The kitchen bakes in-house, drawing on flavours the founders grew up with: salt bread (shio pan) is one of the signatures, alongside Japanese-inspired roll cakes, Basque cheesecakes and a rotating selection of sweet and savoury bakes. Whole and mini cakes can be ordered ahead for collection at the café, and the room can be hired for workshops and small private events.

For its second birthday, Snoozzze teamed up with Outline Studio on an exclusive roast: Finca Betania, a semi-washed geisha from producer Linarco Rodriguez in Colombia, with tasting notes of elderflower, green apple and toffee, sold in 100g bags for collection in store.
